OPCC's new facility, the OPCC Cloverfield Services Center, opened in January 2007, and houses Daybreak Shelter and Safe Haven. OPCC is in the midst of a $19.5 million capital campaign, From Homelessness to Hope, to raise the funds for this facility and the new OPCC Annenberg Access Center, which opened in September 2007.

OPCC is extremely pleased to unveil our newly designed web site. In the coming weeks we will add additional features and complete those sections that are currently “under construction.” On this site you will learn about OPCC’s mission and how we work with those that we serve. You will also be introduced to OPCC’s ten projects that serve homeless families and individuals, battered women and their children, and persons suffering from chronic mental illness. You will also find useful information about how you can help us accomplish our mission of empowering people to rebuild their lives.”
Thank you for visiting our web site. We hope it will inspire you to support our efforts and help you make a difference in our community’s response to homelessness, domestic violence, and mental illness.
