Full counseling support is provided for the projects of OPCC including: Sojourn Services for Battered Women and their Children, Daybreak Day Center and Shelter for homeless mentally ill women, Access Center for homeless adults and families and residents of Safe Haven, Samoshel and Turning Point homeless shelters.
