For more than 40 years, OPCC has served men, women, young people and families who are homeless or formerly homeless, victims of domestic violence and their children, and people living with mental illness.
OPCC’s staff and volunteers possess a keen understanding of the complexities of homelessness, domestic violence and mental illness and the process of moving people toward self-sufficiency. We have impressive success rates and our programs serve as proven models that can be applied nationally.
