OPCC’s Access Center Family Services Program provides assistance to homeless and low-income families. These families live on a very limited income and work hard to afford the basic necessities.  

Assistance to the families comes on many levels including but not limited to securing emergency, transitional and permanent housing, supplying food, transportation, counseling for parents and children, money management, and finding affordable child care.
