It is only with the support of many generous donors that OPCC is able reach thousands of individuals in need every year. We have created the OPCC Empowerment Circles program as a way to say thank you. Your contributions help us sustain the continuum of services that we are proud to offer to more than 7,000 people each year as we help them overcome the challenges of poverty, homelessness, domestic violence and mental illness, and begin their journeys back to self-sufficiency.
