The Access Center is the main entry point for individuals to receive services through OPCC. The Access Center is home to the agency's street outreach teams that engage homeless individuals on the streets, in parks and in other public spaces. The Access Center provides a full range of essential services onsite, including meals, clothing, mail and phone service, case management, mental health counseling, benefits assistance, and medical care in the Center's medical suite.
In a year’s time, the Access Center provides:
- 28,624 showers
- 41,709 sack lunches
- 2,882 bags of groceries
- 1,301 laundry usage sessions
- 125 individuals with locker usage
